You were more than just a friend to my sweet daughter, Amiya—you were family. The bond you two shared was one filled with laughter, secrets, memories, and a love that only best friends understand.

Even though Amiya is no longer physically here, I know a piece of her lives on in every memory you carry and every smile that comes when you think of her.

For your birthday this year, I pray it brings you peace, joy, healing, and countless reasons to smile. I pray you continue to chase your dreams, walk boldly in your purpose, and never forget how deeply you are loved.

Thank you for loving my daughter. Thank you for being a part of her story and allowing her to be a part of yours. The friendship you shared was a gift, and I will always be grateful that God allowed your paths to cross.
